LazyGKeeperoftheStar affectionately known as “Gemma” because she is the truest type of Gem!

Gemma is an own daughter of Judge Boon whose life time earnings is 64k and growing in the NCHA and NRCHA. Judge Boon is a son of the great Peptoboonsmal the 26+ million dollar stallion whose own life time earnings exceeded $180,487, with “Gemma” being his paternal granddaughter. The bottom side of Gemma’s pedigree can also stand on its own going back to another great: Doc Bar. Making Gemma 91.03% foundation breed, she would be a beautiful addition to anyones breeding program.

But as beautifully as she’s bred Gemma brings more to the table as an excellent riding horse. She is kind, calm, gentle, and the same no matter what you want to do with her. She can pack a flag, move cows, hit the trails or go to the arena! She has a smooth jog trot, big walk out, collected lope, and a nice handle. Gemma is good with her feet, to saddle, bridle, load, lead, tie, bath, haul, and catch. She rides off your leg, takes both leads with ease, and is easy to ride without being overly sensitive to inexperienced riders.

You won’t find much that can spook this levelheaded girl and she is as smart as a whip when it comes to learning new things. She’s affectionate without being pushy and just about anyone can enjoy Gemma! We can’t say enough good things about this fancy girl!
