We've had Johnny for 7 years and unfortunately he has been getting used less and less around our place as the younger horses need rode more. Johnny is a finished head horse and we've won lots of money and buckles on him. Our kids used him some in junior rodeos to team rope, and he has put up with a few gymkanas as the kids were growing. He was Bob's main announcing horse for several years, has been picked up on and rode in parades - even though he always acted a little watchy and spooky - he never refused to go anywhere. He has been so called "retired from roping" at our house for the last year, but should still have some good years left. He does have quirks - you'll have to break the headstall apart to get it over his ears. Stands 16 hands, 1250 lbs.
